I am a naturalist, wildlife guide and photographer based near Bath. I studied Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge, specialising in ecology and conservation. Since graduating, I've worked in wildlife conservation, ecological consultancy, education and wildlife tourism, and I've particularly enjoyed the opportunities these roles have given me to communicate my enthusiasm for wildlife and science to a wide range of people.

I've worked as a Project Officer with Beaver Trust, an Ecological Consultant with Crossman Associates, and a wildlife guide with Seafari Adventures on the west coast of Scotland. Alongside this, I've volunteered on bird surveys on Lundy and Skomer islands, supported research for a wildlife documentary with Freeborne Media, and given talks to around 20 natural history and photography societies. These experiences have strengthened my interest in wildlife storytelling and in making scientific ideas engaging and accessible.

I’m also a dedicated photographer and I strive to create unique and visually stunning images of British wildlife. I particularly enjoy planning a particular image over months or years and setting about creating it in a systematic manner.

I'm particularly interested in British wildlife, conservation, and science communication. I'm based near Bath and am always happy to hear about opportunities involving wildlife research, natural history communication, photography or guiding.
